1. What we sell

PlaceOrder is an OTT subscription activation service. We bulk-purchase yearly subscriptions for streaming platforms (Disney+ Hotstar, ZEE5, Sony LIV, Amazon Prime Lite, Fancode, Aha, Hoichoi, ShemarooMe, Discovery+ and similar) from authorised resellers and activate them directly on the personal account associated with the mobile number you provide at checkout. We also sell multi-platform combo plans delivered through the third-party Play Box TV app.

2. What we are NOT

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the OTT platforms listed on this site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Pricing on our site reflects bulk-rate margin we pass on to you; the official MRP shown alongside is the platform's own retail price.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent / guardian's consent) and have a valid Indian mobile number to use this service. By placing an order you confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours, or that you have explicit permission from the account holder to activate a subscription on their account.

4. Order acceptance

An order is created the moment you tap Place Order. It becomes a confirmed order only after we successfully verify your UPI payment via our automated email-matching system (or we manually verify the payment if needed). We reserve the right to cancel any order before activation if (a) the chosen platform's activation pipeline is temporarily unavailable, (b) we suspect fraud / chargeback risk, or (c) the activation mobile number is incomplete or invalid.

6. Validity

Plan validity is exactly what's shown on the product card at the time of purchase (typically 1 year for yearly plans, or the chosen tier for combos: 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months). Validity starts from the moment we successfully activate the plan on the OTT account, not from the moment of payment.

7. Account responsibility

The OTT subscription is activated on YOUR personal account. You are responsible for the credentials and watch history on that account. We never see, store, or use your OTT password — activation runs through the platform's own automated tools. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account post-activation, treat it the same way you would any account compromise: change your password and contact the OTT platform's support directly.

8. Payments

We accept UPI payments only. Each order shows an exact INR amount with unique paise (e.g. ₹999.37) — please pay this exact amount so our automated system can match the transaction back to your order. Wallet credit (top-ups via UPI) is also accepted. We do not store or process card or net-banking details.

See the dedicated Refund Policy. Short version: full refund if we can't activate within 24 hours; partial refund mid-validity only in cases of platform-side issues we caused.

11. SaaS reseller programme

If you've signed up as a SaaS tenant, you can publish your own storefront under our infrastructure and resell our OTT catalog using our master API. Tenants are responsible for their own customer support, KYC where applicable, and refund policy on their own brand. Tenants pay an INR top-up balance to us and orders deduct from that balance at our published wholesale rate.

12. Privacy

See Privacy Policy. We collect the bare minimum required to activate your order — typically just a mobile number and (optionally) your name + email.

13. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. you missed a match because activation took 17 minutes instead of 15). We strive for perfect activation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to platforms we don't operate.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance.
