Refund Policy

The short version
If we can't activate your plan, you get a full refund. If we did activate it, refunds are limited to platform-side outages we caused. Read on for specifics.
1. Full refund (100%)
- Activation has not landed within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- You paid the wrong amount and we couldn't auto-match it (we'll refund or credit it to your wallet — your call).
- The platform we sold permanently changes its activation process and we can no longer activate (rare; we'll proactively reach out).
- You ordered a duplicate of an existing active subscription on the same number within 24 hours — we'll cancel one and refund.
2. Partial refund / store credit
Pro-rated refund (= remaining months of your plan ÷ total tier months × paid amount) when:
- The OTT platform shuts down a service mid-validity (e.g. a regional channel gets discontinued).
- For combo plans: the Play Box TV bundle drops a major listed platform from its lineup.
3. No refund
- You changed your mind after the plan was successfully activated. (We've already paid the platform — that money is gone from our pocket too.)
- You gave us the wrong mobile number and the plan was activated on someone else's account. Double-check the number before paying.
- You activated a plan and then your OTT account was banned by the platform for ToS violations on YOUR side (e.g. screen-sharing, jailbroken device).
- Disputed UPI charges raised more than 7 days after the order: we contest those with the bank.
4. How to request a refund
- Open the order page (
/ott/order/<order-id>) — you'll see a Track button there.
- WhatsApp our admin number with the order ID and a one-line reason. (Number is on the main site.)
- If eligible, the refund lands back on your originating UPI / bank account within 3–7 working days.
5. Wallet vs UPI refund
If you paid via wallet (top-up), the refund goes back to your wallet immediately. If you paid via UPI, the refund hits your bank — typically same day, occasionally up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
6. Combo plan special case (Play Box TV)
Combo plans deliver via the third-party Play Box TV app. If the order shows Delivered but the plan doesn't reflect in the original platform, please:
- Wait 20–30 minutes for the activation to propagate.
- Open the Play Box TV app, log in with the same mobile number, go to Plans, and tap Claim.
- If still nothing after step 2, contact us on WhatsApp — most "missing" combos resolve in step 2.
If we genuinely failed to deliver the combo within 24 hours, full refund per section 1.
7. Chargebacks
Please talk to us first. We answer fast. Filing a chargeback before contacting us — when you have an order ID and our WhatsApp number — only delays your money and costs both sides time. We've never lost a chargeback to a customer who reached out.
8. Tenant (SaaS reseller) refunds
If you're a tenant on our SaaS — you handle refunds for YOUR end customers per YOUR own published policy. Our refund policy to you (the tenant) is: master API order is refundable to your INR balance only when the underlying admin order qualifies for a refund per sections 1–3.
